The needle mechanism makes opening a bottle feel simple and controlled. I like the gloss black finish, and it’s compact enough to keep with our picnic gear.

It’s easy to use—insert the needle through the cork and pump as directed. The pen-sized shape is handy to pack for a braai or weekend away, and the gloss black finish looks smart.

Bought as a gift for someone who enjoys entertaining, and the compact size and polished black look made it feel presentable. The needle-style opener is an interesting alternative to a corkscrew for outdoor get-togethers.
